Terms & Conditions

Mazih Pty Ltd trading as Hospitality Supplies Express in these Terms and Conditions will be also known as “us” and ‘we”.

ORDER PROCESSING: Adding items to your shopping cart and clicking “Checkout” starts the purchase process based on these Terms and Conditions which you as the customer at that point agree to abide by. You will receive an email from us confirming an order number and items purchased. Orders will be processed on business days, which are Monday to Friday excluding NSW public holidays.

ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE: Hospitality Supplies Express Quote/Order document must be signed and returned along with these terms and conditions, Full Payment received, prior to commencement of our ordering process. Delivery times and dates will be issued to the best of our knowledge but we are at working in with freight and manufacturing time frames so delays and lead times could occur.

PAYMENT METHODS: Electronic Fund Transfer, Rental Agreement, Leasing Facilities, Visa, MasterCard – a surcharge may apply for credit cards.

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENTS: Equipment order Cancelations will incur a 30% fee and/or restocking fee, based on the scale of the cancellation or amendment requested in writing. However, custom made products cannot be amended and/or cancelled once the Acceptance of Order form has been processed they are firm sale.

PRICING: Prices quoted will remain firm for a period of 30 days and/or subject to manufacturer’s changes from this date. After which there could be a variation to our submission.

GST will be shown separately on your order/tax Invoice. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we have incorrectly priced an item. Freight and Shipping costs will be additional.

DELIVERY: We reserve the right to amend shipping charges after the sale. We endeavour to deliver the items to an agreed time – however Hospitality Supplies Express is not able to accept responsibility for delays out of our control. Delivery is to the ground level and does not include Fork Lift, nor does it include entrance topremises without enough clearance, i.e. doorways, stairways, road access etc. Prior inspection or advice must be arranged and freight charges quoted accordingly.

INSTALLATION: All Energy Services and Final Energy Services Connections required by all items quoted have not been allowed for. Building Works have not been allowed for. All work to be carried out by licensed trade professionals.

RETURNS: If you wish to return a product due to incorrect choice, products can be returned at the customers expense back to our warehouse up to 14 days from invoice date. The product needs to be in its original condition and unopened packing to be returned and we will issue a store credit only. This does not apply to equipment sales as a re-stocking fee applies and custom orders are firm sale.

Any product fault or problem within the warranty period will be handled under the products warranty conditions. Please call us on 1300 306 997 to assist with this.

WARRANTY: Warranty refers to components contained within the equipment housing and excludes items suchas heat lamps, light bulbs, glass, hoses, external fittings or consumable items etc. The warranty is void unless the equipment has been properly installed, maintained and serviced, or if the equipment has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident, operated incorrectly or serviced by unauthorised persons. You must ensure an authorised request and/or order number is obtained from the manufacturer before any work proceeds or warranty could be void. Freight and Travel to remote and/or outside metro areas and outside business hours are not covered by warranty and extra charges may apply.

LABOUR: Labour during normal working hours (i.e. Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm and excluding public holidays). Should you require service outside these times – an additional fee will apply.

LIABILITY: We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for anyindirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind related to the use, or the inability to use, the products, equipment & materials purchased.
