RETURNS: If you wish to return a product due to incorrect choice, products can be returned at the customers expense back to our warehouse up to 14 days from invoice date. The product needs to be in its original condition and unopened packing to be returned and we will issue a store credit only. This does not apply to equipment sales as a re-stocking fee applies and custom orders are firm sale.

Any product fault or problem within the warranty period will be handled under the products warranty conditions. Please call us on 1300 306 997 to assist with this.

WARRANTY: Warranty refers to components contained within the equipment housing and excludes items suchas heat lamps, light bulbs, glass, hoses, external fittings or consumable items etc. The warranty is void unless the equipment has been properly installed, maintained and serviced, or if the equipment has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident, operated incorrectly or serviced by unauthorised persons. You must ensure an authorised request and/or order number is obtained from the manufacturer before any work proceeds or warranty could be void. Freight and Travel to remote and/or outside metro areas and outside business hours are not covered by warranty and extra charges may apply.
